Refund Policy

Nimbus Core Inc. (“ADEQUL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on a customer’s first ADEQUL order. You may request a refund within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

  • The order must be your first ADEQUL order.
  • You must submit the request within 30 days after delivery.
  • You do not need to return the product for an eligible first-order refund.

Requesting a refund

Email support@adequl.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and cover the amount paid for eligible ADEQUL products.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and a photo so we can help make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards and products clearly marked final sale are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refund timing

We will notify you after reviewing your request. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post an approved refund.
