Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment. Estimates are not guaranteed and can vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Fulfillment and carriers

Orders may be fulfilled through a partner warehouse or through Amazon Logistics. Your shipping confirmation will provide tracking details when available.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges and delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied at checkout. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, email support@adequl.com with your order number and we will review it with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
